THE IMPACT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION ON BUSINESS AGILITY
The study aims to: (1) investigate the impact of digital transformation on business agility, (2) identify key digital tools that enhance agility, and (3) evaluate the benefits of agile business practices. A survey design was chosen for its ability to provide quantitative data on agility metrics. The sample size, calculated using Taro Yamane's formula, included 378 respondents from SMEs in Ogun, ensuring comprehensive insights. The SME sector was chosen for its high potential for agile practices. The reliability coefficient score of the survey was 0.87. Findings show that digital transformation significantly enhances business agility by providing more flexible, responsive, and adaptive business processes. Recommendations include investing in agile digital tools, fostering a culture of agility, and continuously monitoring and optimizing business processes to enhance agility.
